Your first visit is a comprehensive, one-hour consultation designed to truly understand you , while also helping you better understand your body and overall health.

During this time, we thoughtfully assess your symptoms, health history, and individual experiences, while reviewing a detailed lab panel to develop a tailored, proactive plan focused on both prevention and treatment.
